June 2018:  Two multigyms have been installed and are ready to use! Instructions are on placards on the main columns and copied below if you prefer to read them here. Please DO READ THEM.

Hint: These exercises can be strenuous so the best approach is to start slowly with few repetitions when you first use the machines and gradually increase your repetitions slowly each time you visit.

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN BELOW 13 YEARS OF AGE TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT.

September 2018:  A Cardio Climber has been added to the Fitness Center.  Give it a try !! Hint: Take small steps at first and increase your stride as you get used to its movement.
