How many sets and reps you do are up to you but the best general advice is to start slowly with few reps the first few times you use the machines and very gradually increase them each time you visit.
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN BELOW 13 YEARS OF AGE TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT.
