Fees and requirments:
|| At the time of registration, each child is required to
pay a non-refundable registration fee of $100;
hold or purchace a current community membership for cost of $20;
pay the first and last month's fees;
provide a photocopy of an up-to-date immuniation record.
$110 per month for 2 classes per week, or
$140 per month for 3 classes per week, or
$170 per month for 4 classes per week
Payments may be made by cheque or cash.
All payments must be made on or before the first class of each calendar month. If there is a payment problem, please contact the office immediately at 403-280-5466. If compliance is not met, the child may be removed from the preschool program.
Payment is required each month to ensure placement in the preschool program. If there are absences due to illness, vacation, or family issues, a spot can only be guaranteed if playments are kept up-to-date.
Fees are not prorated for any holidays throughout the year. Fees are the same for each month from September to June.
Parents or guardians are responsible for retaining monthly receipts for tax purposes. A year-end receipt is available for a fee of $20.
A $25 fee will be charge for any NSF cheques. Should any cheques be returned, the Preschool committee reserves the right to request cash payments.
A one-month written notice of withdrawal is required. Without proper written notice, payment must be up-to-date or June fees will not be refunded. If a child is absent or withdrawn from the program for more than one month, a registration fee of $80, will be require to return to the program.
